Grigor Dimitrov said he was pleased with his performance against Pablo Cuevas, but recognized that time in Sydney was very hot.
"It's pretty hot today, I'm glad that I finished the match in two sets. Pablo played very well in the beginning, but I allowed myself to be squeezed. I played solid tiebreak drilled in the second set and from there things got easier, "said Grigor in the interview on the court.
"I got great support again and many Bulgarian flags in the stands," said Grigor, who thanked the fans.
